Cancellation & Refunds

All cancellations must be made in writing and must be received by May 15, 2007. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after May 15, 2007. All refunds are subject to an administration fee of U$20 US.

Confirmation of cancellation will be sent to the email address in your congress registration. If you do not receive a confirmation for your cancellation within 2 weeks of your request, please contact the secretariat to ensure your refund.
